S-Tier Auto Detailing takes great care in providing professional detailing services; however, by agreeing to our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts that S-Tier Auto Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages, nor responsible for any incidental damage that may occur during the course of cleaning, including but not limited to scratches, upholstery wear, or mechanical/electrical malfunctions resulting from normal detailing procedures. Customers are encouraged to remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. By proceeding with service, the customer agrees to these terms.

By scheduling an appointment with S-Tier Auto Detailing, the customer agrees to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location. Cancellations or rescheduling will result in a service fee disclosed in the service packages. S-Tier Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle before, during, or after the service.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a safety risk or is in a condition beyond our reasonable service scope. All services are provided "as is" without warranties, expressed or implied. By accepting our services, the customer waives any and all claims against S-Tier Auto Detailing for any direct or indirect damages related to the detailing process.
